FAQ
Do you have radio-edited music?
Yes, we do! We get our music from a radio programming company specializing in radio-edited music for DJ’s and radio stations.
Are you insured and if so can you supply an “additionally insured” to the venue when asked?
Yes, we sure are, and most definitely will supply a proof of additionally insured for the venue.
Are you able to accommodate requests?
Of course! We have thousands of songs to choose from 50’s, 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 2000’s, rap, R & B, Dance, Disco, Top 40, Country, Ethnic music and much more and we will discuss this prior to date so we are well prepared.
Do you have backup equipment if something goes wrong?
Yes, we bring backup equipment with us in the event anything happens.
How much space do you need and how much time do you need for setup?
We only need a 6ft table area and 45 mins – 1 hour to set up. Depending on the venue, more time may be needed.
Is dance floor lighting included?
Yes, dance floor lighting is always included in the price of each event.
Can we customize add-ons for package pricing?
Absolutely! Each event is different so we customize each event to the needs of the client to get a personalized feel for the day.
Who will be my DJ?
Steve Bishop’s DJ Service has two DJ’s, Steve Bishop and Scott Rose. This will be clearly communicated to the client upon availability when booking and will be written on the contract.
How do you handle deposits?
We accept Cash, Check & VENMO currently. We also never keep a deposit if an event cancels and we can rebook the date.
